This beautiful Vines SL 13 guitar just arrived at Quimper Sound Guitars in great lightly used shape. There are only very subtle signs of play wear on top and back, it was owned by a meticulous finger style player that took great care of his instruments (some light pickscratch on the top treble side, and a couple very small dimples that are not finish breaking or bigger then the tip of a fingernail).
Master luthier Tony Vines of Tennessee, constructed from top-quality tonewoods and hardware, in excellent cosmetic condition, setup for optimal playability and including a custom-fit Calton flight case a $1200 value. From the stunning sinker redwood top to the highly figured cocobolo body, the tonewoods on this guitar are really something else. The upper bout sound port offers a glimpse of the impeccable interior joinery and exquisitely carved bracing, a level of craftsmanship that extends to the cosmetic accents and overall fit and finish. It produces a lush tone rich with complex overtones; a stellar instrument for fingerstyle picking.
Cosmetic condition is excellent and the frets exhibit no signs of wear.
