Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Restocking fees may apply if we are not able to sell the item again as new. Buyers are responsible for all fees if orders are cancelled.  All items are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee.  All returns will be subject to inspection. This will be at our discretion. The buyer will be responsible for shipping costs for both directions. Any special or custom order products are not eligible for returns but, at the manufacturer's discretion, they may be exchanged or modified by the manufacturer.

The return policy on used and clearance items is very simple: All used and clearance items are sold as-is and all sales are final. If you have any questions you must contact us before you check out. There will not be any exceptions.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
