The award-winning Hot Cat was introduced in 2005 and has been Bad Cat's high-gain flagship ever since. This Mod Shop edition is a rewired, re-voiced reimagining with an all-new preamp section - 50 watts of EL34 power spanning signature sparkling cleans, 70s-style crunch, and flame-throwing modern high gain.

Channel 1 delivers brilliant Bad Cat clean tone with a Lo/Hi gain switch for huge headroom or crunchy drive. Channel 2 is the high-gain channel, with its own Lo/Hi toggle spanning crunchy blues to metal - four distinct voices from the included two-button footswitch. Studio-quality reverb custom-tuned per channel, plus a transparent buffered effects loop for digital and analog pedals alike.
