This 1960s Harmony Rocket H-54 arrived to us in impressive shape considering its age. These guitars have a cult following for good reason tangy bluesy bite, a chunky neck for bends, a great semi-hollow design but paired with a bolt-on neck. This specific H-54 really shines bright, it was well kept and well loved.
There are marks of play from its near 60 years of life including nicks and dings across the body binding and neck, and some wear to the top of the headstock. There is wear along the neck by fretboard and an indentation on the fretboard right next to it; in the 3rd fret area (you can probably guess the original owners favorite note) This divot does not negatively effect any notes or bends played on 3rd fret high e. Overall there are scars and signs of use but nothing that inhibits the playability or takes away from the overall look.
Overall an amazing players grade vintage instrument without a hefty price tag. This one has plenty of life left and will serve its next home well!
