This beautiful Eastman SB59 with the rare and classy Varnish finish just arrived to Quimper Sound Guitars! This is a pre-owned instrument and has sustained some light cosmetic wear to the already relic'd varnish. You will find nicks, dings, and scratches throughout, most notably a small mark on the face of the headstock next to the logo, a couple small marks around the factory relic on the maple top bass side, and a couple scratches along the back. However there is nothing that is large or unsightly and nothing that inhibits playability.
It is setup to play with a decent action and minimal buzz, it feels great up and down the neck. The Lollar Imperial hand-wound pickups sound fantastic with a midrange boldness and PAF warmth. The original case is included. Overall this is perfect for someone who has been after an Eastman SB59 with the premium Varnish finish at a more affordable price point.
