We just received this amazing Made-in-Japan Gretsch Black Falcon via customer trade-in! These are exceptionally rare, well built, and great looking. This is easily one of the best-playing and best-sounding Gretsches we have gotten our hands on.
This guitar was a daily player for its original owner, and there is some wear present, including buckle rash, pick scratches, some patina to the gold hardware, and a nick on the bottom of the guitar. While it does show some wear, there is nothing that inhibits playability or the overall appeal of the guitar. The case has seen a bit of wear as well but still does its job well.
There is no paperwork included with this guitar, just the original case and the serial number certificate affixed inside the guitar. Overall, this is a great player-grade piece that performs immaculately. It may have a few marks, but it only adds to its rockabilly appeal.
